Our Ministry

Ministry means attending to the wants and needs of others. It is enlightened service to those in need. Ministry is something that our congregation does, service for each other and for others in need. To find out more about our service to those beyond our walls see: Social Justice.

The ways we minister are many. Our varied ministry includes a program of religious education for children, youth, families, and adults; special worship services and enrichment activities

Our ministers provide inspiration, guidance, support, and leadership for us, leading our Sunday services, leading and coordinating groups and programs, and providing pastoral care. If you'd like to read some past sermons by Rev. Bonnie Vegiard or our other ministers, visit our sermon archive or check out our Facebook page.

Our Religious Education ministry encompasses programs and classes for our children, youth, families, and adults. Richard Miller directs this essential program of religious education.

We enjoy a variety of music on Sundays, including our band the Yellow Dog Howlers, soloists, guest musicians, classical piano music, occasional choir pieces and congregational hymn singing.
