How Can You Pay Your Pledge?
You can pay your pledge in a variety of ways. You can write a check and bring it to the church or send it in the mail. You can pay cash, but if you do, be sure that your payment is in an envelope labeled with both your name and the purpose of the payment.
We also offer an automatic payment option which utilizes either your checking or savings account or a credit card. When you authorize these payments, they will continue from the start date until you notify us to either stop or modify your withdrawals. You can change the account, the amount or the frequency of withdrawals by notifying me
in writing. Please allow up to thirty days for changes to take effect.
For the upcoming fiscal year (July 2009 to June 2010) you will probably want to start your payments in July. If you want to start paying your current year’s pledge automatically you certainly may, just change the starting month on the form.
If you are not ready now, but decide later that you want to try automatic payments, we can begin at any time. If you have any questions about this process, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for your support of First Church.
