Getting Connected at First Church
There are many ways of getting connected to other people and to the rich offerings at First Church. Here are some possibilities:
Visit our Welcome Table in the front courtyard on Sunday mornings. There you will meet our wonderful Welcome Team. You can complete a "Newcomers Card" and begin to receive notices & newsletters.
Come to one of our Introduction to our Faith classes, where you will learn about our unique history here at First Church, about the wider faith of Unitarian Universalism, about our own ministers, other members, programs, services and opportunities for you to get involved. To find out when the next one will be held, check the What's Happening page of this Web site or contact the church office (office@firstuu.org or 713-526-5200).
Join any class or activity. Our Lifespan Faith Development classes are available for children, youth and adults of all ages. Meet our Director of Religious Education, Natalie Browne, especially if you'd like help in finding the right spot for you.
Meet with one of our ministers. They are able to help you get connected or support in times of need.
